New Member Applications

Membership to PYP Chicago is by invitation only.  If you’ve received an invitation to an information session you should have been given a ‘Member Registration Form’ which you can also download HERE.

Instructions for registration:

1) The deadline for 2020 new member registration and annual dues is January 24th 2020.

2) Email your signed 2020 ‘Member Registration Form’ to or mail it with your check (to the address we will email you).

3) If your workplace or your spouse’s workplace matches funds, please let us know by checking the appropriate box on the registration form and we’ll follow up with you.

4) We will email you the address to mail your $1,075 check (made out to Pitch Your Peers Chicago Inc) to.  This amount includes the $1,000 member dues plus a $75 contribution to help cover PYP administrative expenses.  The $1,000 member dues is the minimum required dues; however, if you would like to give more than the minimum to help fund grants, please do! Just note that each member is only given one vote, regardless of the dues they pay.  All donation amounts (including the additional $75 contribution for expenses) can be combined and paid with one check and are tax deductible.
